By accessing or using MindGlue's platform, APIs, SDKs, dashboard, or any related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
MindGlue is an AI memory layer that provides persistent, intelligent memory for AI agents and applications. The Service includes memory storage and retrieval APIs, data source connectors, SDKs (Python, TypeScript, Go), an MCP server, a web dashboard, and related tools. MindGlue processes your content through an intelligence pipeline that includes classification, entity extraction, embedding, and deduplication.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and any actions taken under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MindGlue reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
MindGlue offers four tiers: Free ($0/month), Pro ($29/month), Scale ($199/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Each tier includes specific limits on memories, recall calls, namespaces, and features as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. The Free plan enforces hard limits (usage is blocked when limits are reached). Paid plans use soft limits — usage continues beyond plan caps and overages are billed on the next invoice at the rates specified for your plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard Billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends, at which point your account reverts to the Free plan. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to:
You own your data. All content, memories, and data you store through the Service remain your property. By using the Service, you grant MindGlue a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not use your content to train machine learning models. Content is sent to LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) only for real-time processing (classification, extraction) and is not retained by those providers for training purposes.
The Service, including its software, APIs, documentation, and branding, is owned by MindGlue and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The MindGlue client SDKs (Python, TypeScript, Go) are provided under the MIT License for ease of integration. The server software, intelligence pipeline, and all proprietary components remain the exclusive property of MindGlue. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service or its intellectual property to you.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis for Free, Pro, and Scale plans. Enterprise plans may include service level agreements (SLAs) with specific uptime commitments. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which we will communicate in advance when possible.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDGLUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MINDGLUE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account by contacting support@mindglue.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination using the export API or dashboard. We will delete your data within 30 days of account termination unless required by law to retain it.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
